Hannah Bondurant is a commercial litigator representing a broad range of clients, including developers, financial institutions, contractors, small businesses, insurers, and more. Hannah also provides general counsel to business owners. Prior to joining Gebhardt & Smith, Hannah represented some of the largest healthcare systems in the region. Hannah also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alison L. Asti on the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Hannah has experience working with complex fact patterns, highly skilled expert witnesses, and involved litigation strategies. Through her expansive and varied experience with complex civil litigation, Hannah has developed a thorough, direct, and client-centric approach to efficiently accomplishing any client’s goals.
Hannah graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She served as Editor in Chief of the Maryland Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class, was a member of the Labor & Employment Law Trial Team, and earned the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievements and service to the school. During law school, Hannah was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., an intern with the Office of the Attorney General, and a law clerk at Biran Kelly, LLC.
Hannah graduated from the University of Virginia in 2015 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Bioethics. She was an executive board member of the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, one of the oldest student-run organizations in the country.
