Brian Lewis is a partner representing commercial banks and national financial services institutions in structuring, documenting, negotiating, and closing a variety of loan transactions, including commercial construction and permanent real estate loans, multi-bank syndicated facilities, asset-based loans, and transactions involving the U.S. Small Business Administration and several other government agencies. Brian also represents financial services institutions in negotiating, restructuring, re-documenting and selling troubled loans. 

Brian graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in the top 15% of his class, where he was also a member of the Catholic University Law Review

Prior to his legal career, Brian studied business management as an undergraduate at Franklin & Marshall College, where he earned a B.A. and was a four-year member of the Varsity Basketball Team.
